去了幾次新光三越都對他蠻感興趣的,趁著上週末台南小旅行+要去哥本哈根補貨。就帶著三個睡到自然醒而沒吃早餐的巴豆妖三人組上門用餐,只是坐下打開菜單才發現是蔬食餐廳,鵝子聽到瞬間冷了哈哈哈 😂😂😂
不過他是蔬食餐廳而不是素食餐廳,所以還是會有一些提香用的培根、鯷魚等葷食小元素在內,吃不出存在感但卻有具足輕重的提香作用。
然後不得不說我認真的覺得他很好吃耶,尤其是那盤烤花椰菜鷹嘴豆沙拉太令人驚艷了,上面的辣醬有畫龍點睛的效果,吃起來香辣過癮,兒子邊灌水邊大口嚼菜,那個10分鐘前還在為了沒有雞肉而臭臉的孩子呢?
然後薄餅真的很想大力的誇獎,餅皮的香氣非常的夠,加上烤的香脆跟上面的配料非常搭,不愛吃pizza的女鵝一開始嗤之以鼻,結果最後一塊接一塊停不了口。
喔喔喔,他還有令人懷念的草莓奶昔,大口吸到頭痛覺得過癮 😂😂😂
對了,他們竟然有佛陀碗(Buddha Bowl)耶,之前很流行的時候找遍高雄都找不到啊,沒想到就這麼發現了,下次要來吃!

I wasn't vegan when I was living in Australia 15 years ago. I also didn't know much about food from all around the world but Australia is such a land of immigrants and working as a chef assistant at a cafe and enjoying eating out a lot with my friends gave me so much experience and knowledge about food.
I'm not sure when I can travel to Australia next time but until then, I'm going to enjoy different varieties of food from Australia :)

Ingredients:
For the sushi rice :
450g rice
60g rice vinegar
2 tbsp beet sugar
1 tsp salt
For the orange sesame sauce :
200g orange
40g soy sauce
40g olive oil
40g toasted white sesame seeds
1/2 tsp salt
400g tempeh
300g broccoli
300g pumpkin
200g asparagus
200g mushroom
olive oil
salt and pepper
2 sheets nori
400g avocado
For garnish :
winter cherries
toasted white sesame seeds
Instructions:
1. make sushi rice. in a small cup, combine rice vinegar, beet sugar and salt then set aside until it dissolves. cook rice and then pour sushi vinegar over the rice and mix well.
2. in a blender, mix all the ingredients for the orange sesame sauce. pour some of it over tempeh.
3. cut vegetables in a bite size and drizzle olive oil and sprinkle salt and pepper. put them with tempeh in an oven and bake at 356F/180C for 30 minutes.
4. Plate sushi rice, nori sheets, avocado, vegetables, tempeh, winter cherries, sesame seeds. drizzle orange sesame sauce or soy sauce as you like.
5. Enjoy!

3、野菜を適当な大きさに切り、オリーブオイル、塩・胡椒をして2と一緒にオーブンに入れて180℃で30分ほど焼く。
4、酢飯、海苔、テンペ、野菜、鬼灯、白胡麻、の順に盛り付け、オレンジセサミソースをかけて食べます。
5、エンジョーイ!
